Introduction to the Auditchain Protocol — 1st Segment
Auditchain is a decentralized accounting, reporting, audit and analysis virtual machine that automates and provides proof of assurance on the world’s financial and business information.
This is a series of simple, easy to understand introductory videos which demonstrate some of the basic features and functionality of the Auditchian Protocol.
In this series, we will show the basics of the onboarding process for economic entities, auditors and data subscribers.
Entering into an audit engagement agreement with an auditor requires a significant amount of information to be provided by the economic entity. KYC/AML procedures are extensive and are not included in this series. In these videos, we place emphasis only on the interaction with the Ethereum based smart contract layer between the actors.
External Validation Contract “EVC”
Actors on the Auditchain Protocol can only act if they are members of an EVC contract. This means that they are bound to or are a subscriber to an external validation contract as a specific actor.

Enterprise Sign Up
This video demonstrates the interaction with the EVC as an enterprise member in the onboarding process. Again, significantly more information is needed during this process. This demo is made in the interest of simplicity and time.
